Return Policy

We believe in the quality of our products at Legacy smart system and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unopened, with all original packaging and accessories included. Products that have been damaged or show signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

Legacy smart system reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet our policy requirements and may assess a restocking fee in certain cases. If a product is found to be defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement item free of charge.
