The relationship actually began a year ago, with most of the home being pre-wired by them for the eventual, and recent installation. It was no small task, and the builder commented often how impressed he was with the quality of the work. Ray, also built some redundancy into the wiring for future expansion and just included that at no additional cost into the original estimate. The home construction was delayed, and Ray waited it out with us and held to his original pricing commitment. Ray also made some upgrade suggestions along the way, some we accepted, some not. Those that we chose to implement were ABSOLUTELY the right choices for this project. These guys work extremely hard to please their customer(s) and do not fall short. Ray is like a family now. We have had him instal multiple tv mounts, we bought Sonos sound bar and had him mount that for us. He is punctual, his work is absolutely tidy, and he is just perfect at what he does.
