Order Processing Time Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In some cases, processing may take longer if the product is out of stock or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We offer a variety of shipping methods, including ground shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. The delivery time for each shipping method will vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, shipping time takes 3-5 business days.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your order using the tracking number provided on our website or on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Damage and Lost Packages If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you. If your package is lost during shipping, we will also work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you.
