MartinLogan Dynamo Foundation 10

MartinLogan’s Dynamo Foundation 10 pairs up an ultra-rigid 10″ down-firing woofer with 200 watts of cool-running Class D amplification. The amp is controlled by an advanced 56-bit DSP (digital signal processing) engine, for deep bass that stays clean and precise even at high volume levels. This sub makes a nice choice for adding tight, accurate bass to a two-channel music system, but it can also kick out explosive home theater effects.

Simple and elegant

Familiar back-panel controls and connections help keep setup simple. There are knobs for adjusting the low-pass crossover and volume level. The RCA input lets you run signal from the subwoofer output of your stereo amp or the LFE (low-frequency effects) output of a home theater receiver. For greater placement flexibility, you can pick up MartinLogan’s optional WSK1D wireless subwoofer kit. (You’ll still need to run AC power to the sub, of course.)

The brushed black vinyl finish and high-gloss top present a neat, clean-looking appearance.
