If you want deep bass for your music or movies, but a free-standing subwoofer won’t work well in your setup, consider this high-performance in-wall sub from the speaker experts at MartinLogan. The Dynamo IW-S subwoofer features a pair of lightweight, carbon-fiber-reinforced polypropylene woofer cones with fast, accurate response for musical, detailed bass. Plus, the two 8″ woofers will give you more bottom end than a single 10″ woofer — perfect for extra action-movie rumble or the lifelike, dynamic thrum of a stand-up bass.

The durable steel chassis adds strength and rigidity for better bass performance, while the integrated, fire-rated enclosure helps control sound leakage into other areas. The paintable magnetic grille gives you a choice of showing off your subwoofers or letting them blend into the design of your room.

Separate amplifier required

The Dynamo IW-S is a passive subwoofer, meaning there’s no amplifier built in. For optimal performance, pair it up with the matching MartinLogan MP500 amplifier. It’s specially designed to work with the subwoofer or other MartinLogan in-wall speakers. You can rack mount it or hide it in an entertainment center for further stealth installation.
