Thank you for choosing Legacy Smart System. Below are our warehouse pickup guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient process for your order:
Warehouse Pickup Assistance
If you need help loading merchandise or furniture into your vehicle, please note that our warehouse team is unable to assist with loading. We recommend bringing someone along to help.
If your order doesn’t fit in your vehicle, we offer home delivery at a minimal charge. Please measure your vehicle before arriving to ensure it can accommodate your items. If your merchandise doesn’t fit, contact our warehouse team for support. You may be directed to our customer care team to reschedule your pickup.
Rescheduling a Pickup Appointment
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your pickup appointment, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
Unscheduled Pickups
For unscheduled pickups, we will not be able to accommodate you. Preparing your order takes time, and we want to ensure everything is ready for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your arrival.
30-Minute Pickup Window
Pickup appointments are scheduled in 30-minute increments to provide a positive and safe experience for all customers.
Product Inspection
We inspect the packaging for any visible damage prior to your pickup. If you are traveling a long distance, we recommend inspecting your items before leaving.
Our team will be happy to assist with this process.
Proof of Purchase
For pickup, please bring proof of purchase, a valid ID, and the credit card used for the transaction. This helps us ensure you receive the correct items.
Weather Conditions
In case of rain, we will do our best to protect your merchandise or furniture. Our products are well-packaged and should remain safe from damage during short exposures to the elements.
Backordered Items
For orders containing backordered items, we will hold the entire order until all items are ready. If you would prefer to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for the backordered items.
Estimated Arrival Dates: Please note that estimated arrival dates are for when the item is expected to reach our distribution center, not the local warehouse. Delivery to your location may take an additional 2–4 weeks.
Delays and Cancellations
If your product is delayed beyond the expected date, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund (excluding custom orders). For custom or special orders that have already arrived at the warehouse, cancellations are not permitted. However, we can assist in reselling the item to another client or dealer, subject to a restocking fee.
Same-Day or Next-Day Pickup
If your merchandise is available at the warehouse, same-day or next-day pickups are possible as long as you call ahead to have the items prepared. If you need assistance loading, our Legacy Smart System team will gladly help.
