Ray, Elias and the team delivered a terrific product and service to my newly built home. The relationship actually began a year ago, with most of the home being pre-wired by them for the eventual, and recent installation. It was no small task, and the builder commented often how impressed he was with the quality of the work. Ray, also built some redundancy into the wiring for future expansion and just included that at no additional cost into the original estimate. The home construction was delayed, and Ray waited it out with us and held to his original pricing commitment. Ray also made some upgrade suggestions along the way, some we accepted, some not. Those that we chose to implement were ABSOLUTELY the right choices for this project. These guys work extremely hard to please their customer(s) and do not fall short. They could be the most customer responsive team I've ever worked with. Thanks, Ray, Elias and team for a great job.

Ray & his team did a fantastic job putting in ceiling speakers and a surround sound system in my home. He made sure that any wall cut outs would be painted and spackled so that it would look brand new for the areas he ran wire through. 10/10 service quality and professionalism. Would definitely recommend!
Only 5 stars to choose from. C’mon google its 2026. 5 stars is not even close to describe Ray and his team at Legacy Smart Systems. Ray is probably one of the most knowledgeable guys I’ve ever met for home entertainment. His team installed a flatscreen and Sonus sound bar and sub in my living room above a brand new gas fireplace mantel.. Ray’s suggestion on products to use were spot on. The best part imho is that Legacy carries the inventory in house. No need to order products and wait to ship and receive. He has the product to install. I went with Sonus and Samsung flat screen. My tv was so old that Legacy is installing a new 4k flat screen to match then modern and technology in the Sonus Arc and subwoofer. Ray always has the big picture in view. We were blown away by the sound and setup. I decided to have Ray prewire for a Sonus system in my kitchen and outdoor patio setup with Rock speakers. Ray’s team worked so hard to get this system installed. Working on a house built in 1875 is not easy. He and his team tackled the job and we couldn’t be more impressed on the final result. Safe to say that Legacy will be the only guys I call on for home theater and sound system installs. Their effort and care about the job was very important to us and the final product really demonstrated how Ray and his team takes care of their customers. Kudo’s to Legacy. I contacted three different home theater companies before making my decision. After speaking with Ray at Legacy Smart System, I knew they were the right choice. They moved and reinstalled my MartinLogan speakers, Yamaha receiver, projector, screen, and Klipsch speakers. Everything was done professionally with clean wiring and great attention to detail. I also added outdoor speakers with Sonos amplifiers, and the system sounds amazing. The pricing was fair, the team was professional, and the entire project went smoothly from start to finish. Ray is like a family now. We have had him instal multiple tv mounts, we bought Sonos sound bar and had him mount that for us. He is punctual, his work is absolutely tidy, and he is just perfect at what he does. I dont think i am going to anyone else after having him around the house for all the current work he has done for us. I am also only buying electronics from him in the future.

We are amazed at the awesome work that Ray and his crew did in setting up our surround sound systems. They were professional in making sure all details were done according to what we wanted. They made suggestions and explained every detail, which is super important if you are not musically inclined. When they were done they cleaned up all work areas and put back all furniture in there right places 🤗 We are beyond pleased with the finished project. I purchased inwall and ceiling speakers from Legacy Smart System, along with a MartinLogan 8.1 outdoor speaker system and an inground subwoofer. including a Denon AV receiver Sonos amplifier and Crown amp Just two days later, the Legacy Smart System team came to my home and completed the entire installation. The work was absolutely amazing. Everything was seamless, clean, and professionally done with no hassle at all. The sound quality is unbelievable. Over the weekend, I had a few neighbors over, and everyone was trying to figure out where the speakers and subwoofer were because everything blends in so well.
