We hired Legacy Smart Systems to prewire our home theater, and they did an outstanding job. The work was incredibly clean, with no stray wires anywhere. Everything was neatly routed and hidden. The team was very professional from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with every detail. Ray was great to work with. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I'd highly recommend Legacy Smart Systems to anyone planning a home theater or smart home project.

Ray and his team arrived on time and expertly removed old equipment, installed the new AVR and ensured everything worked perfectly. They were patient explaining what they had done, how to use the new AVR and my variousb remotes for the multiple peripherals I have. I learned the differences among the various AVR's I was considering and selected one that was an upgrade from what i initially thought. It works superbly. I am now learning by doing to use my new setup. Ray is available for support should it be needed.

I highly recommend Legacy Smart Systems. They are currently handling the electrical wiring and installation for my home theater system, including ceiling speakers, an amplifier, subwoofer, projector, and a 120-inch projector screen, and the experience has been excellent. What really stands out is the customer service. Ray, the owner, has been incredibly responsive, professional, and flexible throughout the entire project. With a larger basement renovation, things can change along the way, and Ray has been very accommodating whenever adjustments have been needed. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, explain the options, and make sure everything is being done the right way. It is refreshing to work with a company that is not only knowledgeable about the technical side of home theater and audio/video installation, but also genuinely cares about the customer experience. Ray has been easy to communicate with from the beginning and has worked well around the other contractors and moving parts of the project. I’ve been very happy with Legacy Smart Systems and especially with the level of attention and customer service Ray has provided. If you are looking for someone for a home theater, speakers, projector setup, or smart home installation, I would absolutely recommend giving them a call.

Ray and Legacy Smart Systems did a fantastic job installing our outdoor speakers and TV and redoing our media cabinet. Ray was professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. The speakers sound great, the wiring is completely clean, and the cabinet went from a mess of cables to neat and organized. He was punctual, left everything spotless, and walked us through the whole system. He's also been very responsive and available whenever we've needed help since the install. Highly recommend!

Legacy Smart System and owner Ray Didi exceed all expectations in the entirety of you home entertainment systems setup needs, including advising you on what to buy based on your wishes and needs. Ray keeps up to date in smart technology and has encyclopedic knowledge down to what cables and surge protectors you need to get the best audio and visual outputs for your systems. He is quick, responsive, trustworthy and highly organized. I unreservedly recommend him.

I called Ray and advised him to help my 90 year old mother in law with some tv issues, he got back to me right away and connected with my mother in law and solved the problem within 10 minutes! I would definitely recommend him! Great personality too!

Great services, highly recommended

Amazing overall experience with Ray in replacing our old receiver and subwoofer. He not only finished the job the very next day we contacted him but also fixed a few vestigial issues from the previous installation. Ray’s holistic approach to the setup, the one year service warranty, and the recommendations he provided for future improvements were both essential as well as immensely valuable.

Incredible work. We love our new tvs!

Ray and his team delivered an outstanding result on the home theatre project for us. From the initial planning stage to the final calibration, their attention to detail, technical knowledge, and craftsmanship were top-tier. They took the time to walk through the controls and automation, making the system intuitive and easy to operate from day one. I would definitely recommend Legacy smart system service to everyone who needs cinema-grade experience right at home.

They offer a level of experience and craftsmanship that’s become increasingly rare… while still offering fair prices. Highly recommend.

I was really impressed by the sound quality of the bass system here. Our current home theater setup is quite simple, with just a VIVIDSTORM floor-rising screen and a UST projector, and we’ve been thinking about upgrading the audio for a while. We were recommended to this company and are really looking forward to improving our home cinema setup.

Ray, Elias and team are the absolute best. They mounted our big 98” TV with no issues, then set up and calibrated our AV receiver and subwoofer, all on the same day I first called for a quote. Everything sounds and looks incredible. I highly recommend them for any home theater project, and am looking forward to using them for my upcoming smart home install!

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The home theater setup exceeded my expectations, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to getting every detail right. The entire process was seamless and enjoyable, and the final result is fantastic. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great home theater experience!

I heard about Legacy Smart System when I needed my new house wired, and I also wanted a complete home theater installation, including my Sonos system. My experience with the whole team was amazing, especially Mr. Ray Dibi. All the products I purchased were brand new, sealed in the box, and came with full U.S. warranty. I didn’t have to buy anything from Amazon or Best Buy. They matched the prices and completed my project exactly as promised. Thank you, Legacy Smart System! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Highly recommended!

Ray was amazing! We just moved to a new home and needed to setup our sound system installed and calibrated for the entertainment area. He came in and worked on our system and the sound quality and positioning is amazing. He worked quickly and efficiently - did a fabulous job! Definitely recommend him for setting up anything in your home!!!

I hired Legacy Smart System to pre-wire my home during construction, and the entire experience has been excellent. A month later, the team returned to complete the full installation of my home theater system, including in-wall and in-ceiling speakers, a Denon AVR-X6800H receiver, an SVS subwoofer, and a UST projector paired with a projection screen. Ray Dibi and his team were professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, and respectful of my home throughout the process. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and once finished, everything looked flawless. The performance is phenomenal: the audio is stunning, and the picture from the UST projector is crisp and vivid. This is the dream home theater, and Legacy Smart System made that vision a reality. Thank you, Ray Dibi and the team, for an outstanding job!!!
